South Africa man rips out man’s heart and ate it to ‘prove he wasn’t gay and ISIS barbarians toss purported gay man from building, stone him to death when fall doesn’t kill him

I can’t wait for the day when homophobic and transphobic crimes will rise to the level of crimes against humanity and perpetrators of those horrendous crimes be tried by The United Nations International Criminal court.

Africans are already trying to get away with impunity by creating an African international crimes court

This is certainly one of the so many way that Africans are trying to get away with impunity and the second way is an example of the contentious debate over gay rights and same-sex marriage. There is a strain of resistance to legalising gay rights in many African countries. Apart from South Africa and perhaps a few others, homosexuality is still frowned upon and banned under various countries’ laws on the basis that it is “unAfrican” and “contrary to the natural order”. Some Western countries have tried to tie aid to conditions that recipient states must recognise and protect gay rights. This has been perceived as Western interference and at worst, as bullying.

Then up stands Mugabe, and he issues yet another note of defiance, bashing homosexuality and Western influence in vitriolic terms. It’s harsh but his voice strikes a chord with the sentiments of many Africans on this issue.

So Mugabe is now the Head of the African Union which is a blow to human rights and democracy;

Africans have succeed to put an homophobic Ugandan as the head of the United Nations security council this is what he is doing so far :

Foreign affairs Minister Sam Kutesa declared last week that he is determined to push for a review of the composition of the UN Security Council.

Five months after becoming president of UN General Assembly, Kutesa told ambassadors and high commissioners accredited to Uganda that the current composition of the UN Security Council is outdated and needs to be reviewed.

The UN was formed by 51 countries in 1945, and now has 193 member states. However, only China, France, Russia, United Kingdom and USA are permanent members of the all-important UN Security Council. This means that Africa has little say on matters of global security, despite often having non-permanent members (now Nigeria and Angola) on the council.

Human rights are at stake around the world especially for LGBT people here are two article about what is happening so far  with  impunity:

A man has pleaded guilty to ripping a man’s heart out to ‘prove he was not gay.’

This man ate someone else's heart to prove he wasn't gay.

Andrew Chimboza, 35, has now apologized to his victim’s family for ‘exceeding the boundaries of self-defence’.

In court this week, he admitted to murdering 62-year-old Mbuyiselo Manoma in the South African town of Gugulethu last year.

When police arrested Chimboza on 10 June, they found him chewing raw flesh and that Manoma’s neck had been ‘half-eaten’.

He added his chest had a gaping hole in the left side.

Chimboza then claimed he did it ‘show him that I am not a moffie [gay]’.

A hearing heard how he flew into a rage after being insulted by Manoma while checking on a job Chimboza had finished at the victim’s girlfriend’s house. Chimboza had ran a window tinting business.

‘I do not know why I ate it and I accept my actions were wrong and exceeded the boundaries of self-defence,’ he said, in an apology to the court.

‘I am sorry for what I have done and I have genuine remorse.’

Chimboza faces life in jail after pleading guilty to murder without premeditation.

And Here is another chocking story :

The brutal execution was captured on video in Tal Abyad, Syria, last month. After surviving the 7-story fall, the man accused of ‘homosexual affairs’ was stoned by an angry mob. Islamic State thugs also unleashed their most brutal form of execution yet, releasing video Tuesday of a captive Jordanian pilot being burned to death inside a cage.

The man originally survived the seven-story fall before being stoned to death.SYRIAN OBSERVATORY FOR HUMAN RIGHTSThe man originally survived the seven-story fall before being stoned to death.

Deranged Islamic State terrorists flung a man from a seven-story rooftop for being gay, then stoned the injured man to death after the fall failed to kill him, a Syrian human rights group says.

Pictures from the Syrian town of Tal Abyad, situated along the Turkish border, show a blindfolded, bearded man sitting in a white plastic chair well above street level before two ISIS thugs toss him to the ground.

One of the cowardly wannabe killers, clad in a black mask and top and camouflage pants, can be seen recording the scene with his cellphone.

The man was reportedly read a judgment about his “homosexual affair” before the botched execution, the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said in a statement.

An angry mob circled the injured 'gay' man and stoned him to death.SYRIAN OBSERVATORY FOR HUMAN RIGHTSAn angry mob circled the injured ‘gay’ man and stoned him to death.

The middle-aged man somehow survived the initial fall from some 80 feet in the air and is pictured sitting up and being tended to. But a gathered crowd quickly turns and begins to chuck stones until the man is dead.

Some in the murderous crowd are pictured waving black ISIS flags and taking pictures and video of the horrific scene, which reportedly played out last week.

Earlier in January, another man accused of “homosexual affairs” in Aleppo was thrown from a hospital building. The victim, too, survived the fall but was shot by ISIS fighters, according to the human rights group.

The blindfolded man was at first aided by the militant thugs before he was stoned to death.SYRIAN OBSERVATORY FOR HUMAN RIGHTSThe blindfolded man was at first aided by the militant thugs before he was stoned to death.

The brutal and barbarous ISIS gang operates under sharia law and has previously executed people for smoking cigarettes, insulting Allah or  “homosexual” acts.

In November 2014, two young Syrian men in the Syrian-Iraqi border town of Mayadeen were stoned to death for being gay, despite no evidence of a “crime.”

Another gay man was thrown from a three-story building in Wilayat al-Furat in December, then stoned to death with cement blocks.

On Tuesday, the terror thugs released a video showing one masked coward use fuel to burn to death caged Jordanian pilot Lt. Muath al-Kaseasbeh, one of the most depraved and barbaric acts carried out by the group yet.

Most cases of homophobic crimes are happening in the name of religion, So it is happening in as honor killings, people are killing gay people because of their religious beliefs or their honors that is why that man South African man killed that gay person to prove that he is not moffie which is an Afriacns name that translate to faggot in english, i am so happy that here in the USA a religious extremist is going to be accountable for crime against humanity with the Alien Tort Statute but we want the Rome Statute to also start arresting perpetrators of homophobic crime with impunity because their national laws and courts condone crime against LGBT people here is the link below ;

The First Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday denied an attempt by anti-gay bigot Scott Lively to have a crimes against humanity suit against him dismissed, reports Michael In Norfolk.

In 2012, an American group called the Center for Constitutional Rights, representing a Ugandan group called Sexual Minorities Uganda, sued Lively in federal court in Massachusetts for crimes against humanity.

In October, we reported that the nasty bigot – a driving force behind Uganda’s “Kill the Gays” bill – appeared in a Russian state-funded “documentary” called Sodom.

Lively, the head of virulently homophobic listed hate group Abiding Truth Ministries, has been accused of helping play a part in the persecution, arrest and murder of gay people in Uganda, a charge which he has denied.

The First Circuit ruling means that Lively will now have to stand trial.

And here below, i am going to paste about how homophobia has affected my human dignity and rights from The congo to South Africa and the fear that i still have even as i am now here in the United States ;

ISIS Publishes Propaganda Piece ‘Explaining’ Recent Antigay Atrocities

The self-proclaimed Islamic State militant group has published a grisly series of photos depicting the executions of allegedly gay men who died after being thrown from rooftops and stoned by waiting mobs on the ground.

The brutal murders of allegedly gay men by the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, which claims the killings were lawful executions for the “crime” of homosexuality under its unprecedented interpretation of Sharia Law, have been documented in what amounts to a perverse “explainer” article published by ISIS in its propaganda magazine last Thursday, reports NBC News.

The ISIS article and photos were published in its magazine, Dabiq. In addition to displaying images of the men’s horrific slayings, the propaganda piece also spelled out the militants’ rationale for committing the atrocities.

By “clamping down on sexual deviance,” ISIS says it will save the Muslim world from the “downward spiral” of morality that the West has allegedly suffered since the sexual revolution of the 1960s.

Some LGBT and human rights activists and journalists have complained that mainstream have given the militant occupiers along the Iraq-Syria border only meager coverage in terms of the growing number of antigay atrocities, such as the tragic death of a middle-aged man last month.

That victim may have survived being pushed while seated in a plastic chair from a seven-story building, as was reported by numerous news outlets. News reports, video, and photos from that execution seemed to indicate that the man may not only have been alive after hitting the ground, but may have been conscious before he was finally put to death by a stone-hurling crowd.

NBC News’ coverage Sunday of the recent executions of allegedly gay young men in ISIS-controlled regions of the Iraq-Syria border area put heavy emphasis on apparently newfound veracity of reports about the executions, based on the confirmation of the facts by a private security firm.

However, London’s Daily Mail newspaper, several LGBT news organizations, as well as human rights groups (not least among them, London-headquartered Syrian Observatory for Human Rights) had previously reported many of the same details of the executions now being reported by mainstream news outlets.

Flashpoint Partners is the security firm that “verified” news of the executions for NBC News. As it disclosed in its report Sunday about the ISIS propaganda piece, NBC News retains Flashpoint as a consultant.

Reports of the atrocities ISIS has committed against people because they were perceived to be gay have now been published and broadcast by news organizations worldwide, ranging from interest-focused media outlets and now by major American network news organizations. Although it’s not likely that will dissuade ISIS militants to change their ways, greater coverage of atrocities committed against LGBT people may send a message that much of society values human lives equally–regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity and expression.

NBC News cited an expert in the history of Shariah Law, who noted that the practice of throwing men accused of homosexuality to their deaths from the tallest building available is a “very obscure” reading of hardline Islam.

“What ISIS is doing in displaying this kind of thing is twofold,” researcher, Charlie Winterof the London-based anti-extremism think tank, Quilliam told NBC News. “It’s trying to shock and horrify the rest of the world but it’s also trying to give the impression that the Shariah that it practices is the purest form of Shariah.”
